Shipping Policy Draft
Cosmorigin ships luminous materials from China to domestic and international customers. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination region and the total packed weight of the order.
Processing Time
Standard stocked items are usually prepared within 2-5 business days after payment is confirmed. Custom-cut film, customized luminous materials, special packaging, or bulk orders may require additional production time. If an order requires confirmation before production, we will contact you by email.
Delivery Regions And Rates
The store currently uses region-based shipping zones and weight-based shipping tiers for most international destinations. Domestic China orders use a flat shipping rate unless otherwise confirmed. Large or heavy orders may require a separate freight quote when the packed weight, volume, destination, or customs requirement is outside the standard checkout rate.
For international orders above 100kg, or for bulky materials that may exceed standard parcel dimensions, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm freight availability and provide a tailored quotation.
Estimated Transit Time
Estimated delivery time depends on the destination, carrier, customs clearance, and local delivery conditions. Typical international parcels may take 7-20 business days after dispatch. Remote areas, customs inspection, public holidays, or force majeure events may cause delays.
Tracking
When tracking is available, tracking information will be shared after the shipment is dispatched. Tracking updates may take time to appear after the carrier receives the parcel.
Customs, Duties, And Taxes
International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, VAT, customs brokerage fees, or local charges required by the destination country or region. These charges are not always included in the product price or shipping fee unless explicitly shown at checkout.
Samples, Bulk Orders, And Freight
For samples, B2B orders, high-volume film or paint orders, and shipments above the standard checkout weight range, please contact us before ordering. We can help confirm packed weight, carton size, delivery method, and quotation details.
Damaged Or Missing Parcels
If a shipment arrives damaged or appears to be missing, contact us with your order number, photos of the packaging and product, and the carrier tracking details. We will review the issue and help determine the next step.
